ONE-TO-ONE COACHING:
Captivated Customers can provide weekly to monthly coaching for customer service. We have developed three coaching packages – Gold, Silver and Bronze. All coaching sessions are conducted by phone consultation.
- The Gold Package is project-oriented coaching with high accountability. Coaching is provided 1 hour per week for three weeks.
- The Silver Package provides coaching 1 hour every other week for steady progress and accountability.
- The Bronze Package is for those wanting occasional feedback on customer service strategies. Coaching is provided for one hour once a month.

The first 30 days of coaching is 100% guaranteed. After 30 days, you can purchase additional coaching on a month-to-month basis as long as you want.
