Meet Norma

Captivated Customers LLC was founded by Norma Huibregtse in 2009.  Norma is an innovative Sales Performance Consultant, Business Coach, Blogger and Speaker.  Her goal is to inspire business owners to captivate their customers and turn them into raving fans so that their businesses can experience increased profits and more fun. She is dedicated to working with small business owners, helping them attract, connect and engage with their customers through her high-impact customer service consulting, coaching and training.

On a Personal Note:

Norma is married to Calvin and has two other men in her life, her sons Phillip and Luke.  She enjoys entertaining, reading, winning at ping-pong, playing cards, and testing new food recipes.   Her family includes her pet Chico, an australian cattledog with amber-colored eyes, who submits to everybody, can walk backwards, and can even smile!
