You will join small business owners just like yourself who want to improve
their customer experience step-by-step using the Turn Your Customer Experience into Cash Program featuring the Customer S.M.A.R.T.S. System™.
The Teleclasses are limited to 10 participants and is best suited for small business owners in the service industry with 5-50 employees. Features of this 7-Week Teleclass Series include:
- Small class size to provide effective interaction
- Question and Answer Sessions
- Recorded sessions emailed weekly to participants
- Unlimited email access during the 7-week series
The 7-Week Teleclass Series begins the first Thursday of each month. Each participant will receive the Turn Your Customer Experience into Cash Program which includes a 7-CD Audio Set and Program Guide.
The Teleclasses are 1 1/2 hours in length and are limited to 10 participants. The format of the Teleclass includes a discussion of the Audio CD, review of the Program Guide assignments, and a question and answer segment. And, you will have email access to me during the 7-week Teleclass Series.
I encourage interaction and sharing during these Teleclasses so that you can receive the maximum benefit. If you are unable to attend a Teleclass, you will be emailed an audio recording of the session so that you can review our discussions.
The investment for the 7-Week Teleclass Series is only $597. A deposit of $200 is required to secure a spot for the upcoming Teleclass Series. (Cancellations will be accepted up through the first week of the Teleclass Series.)
Each Teleclass Series begins the first Thursday of each month. If the next Teleclass Series is full, we will notify you and schedule you for the next available Series. The remainder of $797 will be due and payable the 1st of the month you are scheduled to participate.
